Thank you for purchasing fromĀ The Hungry Nomad. Due to the nature of food products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Food Safety Policy

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Spoiled
  • Missing items
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Refunds and Replacements

If we determine that the product was damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrectly shipped, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product
  • A full or partial refund

The resolution offered will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances.

No Refunds for Customer Preferences

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Changes of mind
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products not stored, handled, or prepared according to provided instructions
  • Requests made after the reporting period

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible.

While we will assist in investigating delivery issues, we cannot guarantee refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
